At RevCards, we are committed to providing high-quality NFC cards that help your business enhance its online reputation. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy:

Eligibility for Returns:

You may return products within 30 days of delivery if the items are defective or damaged upon receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Products:

Customised cards (with logos or business names) and opened packages are not eligible for returns unless damaged or faulty.

How to Initiate a Return:

To start a return, please contact us at hello@revcards.co.uk with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will provide instructions for returning the product.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Shipping Costs:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault with the product. In that case, RevCards will cover return shipping costs.
