These terms and conditions apply to your relationship with revcards.co.uk and are intended for individuals, not businesses. Any additional terms you may have will not apply unless expressly agreed upon.

Offers and Service Descriptions:
Our website displays card products; however, please note that this is not a binding offer. Descriptions in catalogs or on our site are provided for informational purposes and are not guarantees.

Order Process and Contract:
To place an order, you can select products and add them to your cart. Clicking "Place order" constitutes a binding offer. We will send an order confirmation, but the contract becomes final only when we either ship the products or confirm the order within 2 days.

Prices and Delivery Costs:
Our prices include VAT, and we will outline delivery costs separately during the ordering process. Delivery and Product Availability: If you choose to pay in advance, we will deliver your order once payment is received. If we encounter difficulties in delivering due to reasons on your end, we reserve the right to cancel your order after three unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Terms of Payment:
Our payment option is full payment at checkout. This means you will need to make the full payment when completing your purchase.

Retention of Title:
The ownership of goods remains with revcards.co.uk until payment is made in full. For business customers, this condition applies until all outstanding debts to us are settled.

Product Warranty and Guarantee:

Liability:

Product Replacement:
For your peace of mind, we offer a 6-month replacement policy for NFC cards if they are found to be non-functional within this period. Please note that this replacement policy does not cover accidental damage.

Storage of the Contract:
You have the option to print the contract during the checkout process. Additionally, we will send you an order confirmation via email and will retain the contract information for our records.
